Welcome to IMPRO2. By downloading or using the IMPRO2 mobile application (the “App”), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Not Financial Advice (Disclaimer)
IMPRO is a portfolio management and strategy tracking tool. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment firm.
All information, data, and calculations provided within the App are for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that trading in financial markets (including stocks, forex, and cryptocurrencies) involves a high degree of risk. IMPRO2 is not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages incurred as a result of using the App, its price alerts, or its strategy calculators. Always do your own research or consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
2. Market Data Accuracy
The App aggregates market data (such as cryptocurrency and stock prices) from third-party providers. While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price feeds or alerts. Market data may be delayed, and the App may experience downtime outside of our control.
3. IMPRO2 Premium Subscription Terms
IMPRO2 offers an optional premium subscription (“IMPRO2 Premium”) granting access to advanced trading strategies, unlimited alerts, and enhanced features. If you choose to purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original subscription price.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to IMPRO2 Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. User Accounts and Data
To sync your strategies across devices, you must create an account via third-party providers (Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. While we securely back up your strategies to the cloud, we strongly recommend regularly exporting your portfolio data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from server outages, user error, or account deletion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App or its backend aggregation servers.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Abuse the server by attempting to send automated or malicious requests to our APIs.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately once posted on this page.
